Big Bear Trail Rider’s Octoberfest ride in Big Bear Oct ??

Does anyone have any more info or a flyer for this event? ADVRider says its t's Oct 15th. I've no luck trying to find it on BBTR's website and while other sites say it's Oct 14th. Please help. 'Tis my only weekend off for two months.

Their website says, October 14 and you can download a registration form.
