25% off SW Motech sidecase racks and aluminum panniers for BMW

NOTICE: We're looking for an owner of a BMW F650GS, R1150GS or R1100GS who is considering the purchase of sidecase racks and saddlebags and would be willing to participate in a webBikeWorld.com product review. TwistedThrottle.Net will provide a 25% discount off MSRP and free installation on SW Motech removable racks and Givi bags (or SW Motech aluminum panniers) for the selected bike owner. The owner must be able to bring the bike to the northern Maryland area and spend approximately 3-4 hours with us installing the racks, taking photographs, and providing feedback on the product after installation. For more information, please email your name, telephone number, and a photograph of your bike to info@twistedthrottle.net.

As far as I can see, SW Motech doesn't make aluminum panniers. Are they a new product?

The Aluminum panniers are a new product not yet featured on the SW Motech or Twisted Throttle websites; I have two pairs in stock, which normally will retail for $235 per case. I'm looking to do a product demo and review prior to posting them on the site.

Thanks,
-Erik

Nah...if they were a real product, they wouldn't be discounted.

Eric, I sent you an e-mail and photos of my bike. Let me know if you still need someone, and what date you need me and my bike.

Isn't chuck giving you early bird beta users a discounted price for the new Micatech bags?
what "discount"? Beta versions are customarily offered FREE in exchange for earnest and formal evaluation feedback. Are you saying that he's actually charging people to take his beta stuff?

Just to be clear, the Sw Motech aluminum panniers are manufactured for them by Zarges, a German aluminum case manufacturer. The sidecases are in full production and already available in Germany through several distributors. The panniers have not yet been marketed in the United States, and the idea of the intro discount is to do a product review and generate some press and photos. A photo of the cases on a Suzuki V-Strom is attached to this post.

Thanks for clarifying, Twisted. They look a lot like Zegas.
