Santa Rosa - Lake Berryessa - Clear Lake - and back

Attachment 116580

Nice 5-6 hour day ride on a DS bike. Paved, water crossings, minimal traffic until you leave Clear lake.

Im doing this one over and over and over....and over.......

Knoxville-Berryessa

this has got to be Knoxville road, I first went on it one winter when it was closed due to rain...those water crossings get damn slippery.

Go north of Berryessa, the road peters down to a single lane in some spots, dirt, ruts, potholes, then pavement, then back to single lane. instead of bridges there are water crossings. in the summer, they get mossy, wham you're down if not careful.

Great Road!

I have the latest garmin update, 6.1.24, and it opens the track fine.

I'm quite familiar with Knoxville-Berryessa Road. Broke my oilhead GS out on that one quite a few years ago.

I tried opening the track in Google Earth with no luck, as well as my other mapping program (Memory Map). Oh well.
