Tule Canyon, September 16, Santa Clarita

Actually, it's called the "Tule Ridge Trail" and it's a 14.5 mile trail located in Santa Clarita. For those of you who have the "Backcountry Adventures/Southern California" book, this is "South Coast #3", on page 301. They have it rated as a "2", on a scale from 1 to 5, 1 being easiest. They have the drive time listed as approximately 1 hour, though I believe there are some trail offshoots for those who desire more of a ride. This will be my first time out there, so i don't know for sure.

I'm thinking of a start time, at the trail, of 9am.

A couple of hours in the dirt, followed possibly by some lunch and then the ride home is what I had in mind.

I'll post a map of the exact location in the next few days.

Hope to see you there!
