I love the bumblebee F800GS, and love the bike over all. I am going to wait a bit though and see how they perform and how the over all reliability works out. Maybe get an '09 or a late '08 once the hype is down and prices more reasonable.

Good to see that "it's not orange" is crusing into a impressive 40% lead at present At last weeks CycleWorld bike show I was checking out the (*very* nice looking) R800GS and happened to opine to the guy from BMW N/A my views on the total lack of adjustment on the front suspension. His reply was that if you wanted adjustible front suspension you were "supposed" to be getting the R12GS. Obviously in BMWs book, $11k doesn't admit one to the adjustible suspension clique (or it only gets the rear end of you in there) and the cost for that is $14.5k. Oh well, I'm sure TT will offer a variant of their WP suspension kit from the 650GS for the R800 and the faithful will rush to buy it, only another $2800 or so .... pass the cool-aid please, gulp.

Maybe the forks off one of the G (450/650) bikes will fit?

I want one. I will almost undoubtedly sell my 08 KLR when they come out if I can get my hands on one. Love the KLR, but this thing is just what I want. Faster than the thumper, smaller than the liter ADV bikes.

Cheff you have to get the bumblebee so when I get the grey/black we don't have a fashion fopaux. Where to buddy?

Hmm

Got to pay off my Sub first, than i will get a new bumblebee. By then the bugs should be worked out of it, however its not like its a new engine.. would be interesting to do a side by side drag race with a 1200GS
