GS Tech day ...anywhere?

Anybody sponsoring a tech day for the 1200GS in the northeast??? I've been viewing my JVB DVD and want to do the valve adjustment, but it just seems like a true finesse job - and I'm a mechanical noob. I'd rather do it under proper supervision with hands on guidance and instruction.
