Granite Peak Stainless Steel - Weight: 140g; Diameter: 32mm; Case Diameter: 46mm; Thickness: 16mm
Bought it about a year ago (maybe a tad less) and practically Live in it (never comes off). The thing is both AMAZING and never notice its there (as its so comfortable). The other day the little 'loopy' thing on the strap that holds the loose part of the strap down (against the other side) split. I called up North American Gear in the Eastern USA - distributors of Origo for North America, and told them what happened. Before I could ask how much a new loop or strap set would cost or where to get one, the girl asks me to hold - then 1 minute later comes back on the phone and takes my name & address and says in a very cheerful and happy voice : "ok, a new strap is on the way to you!"
NO CHARGE !
NO COST !
NO HASSEL !
NO WAIT !
UNBELIEVABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!
I will be buying from them again GUARANTEED.

The metal bezel on my G-shock came off during a small get off while trail. Looking for a replacement if they will not fix it. It's only a few years old. That was back in April. It still works, just missing the bezel. It's been a few months since I have worn a watch daily. I'm getting used to using the cell phone for time.
