650GS Twin Clutch Concerns?

Has anyone experienced any problems with the clutch/shift assembly of the new 650 Twin?

I'm getting a mysterious "tink" whenever I engine brake but it's not consistent at all. Here's the scenario: As I decelerate from 4th I depress the clutch lever all the way, blip the throttle then push down to 3rd. The metallic "tink" is audible from the instance I blip. I've tried this in varying speeds/rpm and it's just not consistent. It occurs on both higher rpms and lower rpm. Together with this, I've also had some shifting problems. it feels as if I'm not fully utilizing the clutch so when I brought the bike to the dealer for its first 1,000km, they saw that the clutch cable was not pulling completely. They adjusted and all was okay.

After the first 36km from this service I started having the same problem again but without the shifting problems (gears engage properly). The tink was audible again but this time the engine stalled.

I informed our dealer about it and they said they were give an "fix" for this issue by BMW. Has anyone heard of any such issues or what could be the cause?

TIA.

Wrong forum. Try posting in "Beasts". That's where the twin cylinder bikes go.
