Has anyone put a GS PD (airhead) gastank on a R1100 GS oilhead? Anyone try?

I don't think it will be possible. The oilhead tank has a lot of room taken up underneath by the ABS computer and servo. The PD doesn't have the room for such items. Furthermore, the mounting systems are completely different. You'll be much better off getting the Touratech Monster tank.
