Big Bear Ride 2009?

May 15th to 17th Big Bear Ride

Location: Holcomb Valley Campground (primitive camp) off 4N16 located north side of Big Bear Lake.


Big bike and small bikes. Advanced and nOObs are all welcome. The rides will be split according to skill level and interest (and drinking habit.. )

Sign up soon cuz we have limited camping space! It's a first come, first served basis.

Someones going to have to take the lead on this one. Work and kids have got me super busy lately. I did have mush to do with last years ride just planted the seed.

Sunday Ride??

Punkenduro,

Captcham and I will probably do a short Sunday AM scoot before hauling freight down the mountain. I would hope to be loaded for departure by 1100-1200hrs for the trip to SD. Hope to see you there and catch up on the latest in Punk Style.

Question about the Big Bear ride/camping: what size bike are yall gonna bring? Is it single tracks or fire roads?

fire roads for most of us but there are advanced riders in the group that will want something more challenging. as adv riders, we will stay on legit marked and open trails.

bike size will vary.

what are you riding? are you camping?

i guess i shall bring the 1200 gs. me and a buddy will be camping somewhere in the valley saturday night, and will be on the look out for ya.
