F800GS top cases
Top case is a must for everyday commuting. If you have one show it with details about mounting please. Personally , i would like a top case that does not limit my options for panniers and am a bit confused about the whole issue

I have my Givi Maxia E52 mounted.. it holds a lot, is waterproof and I have added an LED kit that lights up the ENTIRE red surface, acts as a running light, brake light and turn signals.

Cortech tail pack on a TT rack fits perfectly and holds my jacket liner, electric vest, extra gloves, and it has a rain cover.

If you could fit R1200GS Adv wind wings with this setup (I never tried) it might have worked out nearly as well as the Aeroflow. For about the same price overall ... So, if you want a well working windshield and don't mind taking it off for offroad rides, get an Aeroflow right away and don't mess with a couple others before, like I did. |

I have the Givi e46 and Vario boxes on my 800 and they work well together:

The Givi mount uses two of the same mounting points as the grab rail - you just add spacers and longer bolts to make up the platform height to the Givi plate.
