Hey HBurg!

Was that you standing on the pegs and saluting as you went by me on Rte 39 yesterday? You were heading west about 3 miles out of Lexington with a pack trying to follow you. All I saw was a dark blue V Strom and a skinny kid in a red one piece Aerostich standing on the pegs and saluting as he went by. I figured it must have been you. I was headed home from the CASS 2010 Rally.

I was leading a group from the Memorial Day Campout out 39 then up 220 to Movers Gap to 33. Great ride and good bunch of folks. Man its a small world

Hope the Cass Rally was fun. I love exploring the old abandoned trains just in town . Hope to make it one day.

That was a pretty quick and snappy salute. I don't think I could stand up that fast . Did you recognize me that quick? The rally was great. I camped/rode with several people I've known for years. And, as you know the riding is great over there. I took the long way back. 28/250/640/84/92/39/11/56/60/13. Lots of twisties . I would have taken the short cut through Brownsburg but the gas gauge was blinking at me on the LAST bar. Did you meet a convoy of 3 wheelers a few mile behind me?

Thanks for the suggestions. I remember Elk River and recall seeing Ele lodge. I hear they have a very nice place there. I will also add Falling Waters to my list. Always a fun time riding in WV

Nice write-ups and photos! You and your Strom don't sit around long to collect much dust, do you?

Good to see you yesterday HBN. For the first couple minutes I sat there wondering....if I'm coming back from WV, and you're coming back from WV, how is it that I'm heading east on 33 and your heading west to H'Burg????

I was trying to meet up with Eric in Elkton at the Subway before he left. Apparently his shift lever rattled a bolt loose and he nearly lost the lever (Wunderlich has an extra safety wire holding it on). I wanted to see his roadside repair...you caught me on the return just closing my loop

UpST8 is on to something here. You need to get a good looking woman in some of your pictures.
