I've got a harbor freight tire changer with the motorcycle attachment located 20 miles south of Houghton, MI.

You're on your own though, I only know how to injure myself and damage wheels with it.

I have a Snap on tire machine & balancer 40 miles south of Milwaukee, if you take off the wheels, I'll mount & bal. them for a 12 pack of IPA.

You can use one of my lifts and hand tools as well.

I got a new set of sneakers for the Strom on the way. Since "Goose" (Island) rhymes with "Moose" (I can...roost most anyone!), I think I just may have a plan in development.
