Looking for a good bike painter in So Cal

I'm starting my search for someone to paint my PROJECT S bike.
Someone good, but not too costly $$
Don't need concourse, Just a quality job.
Straight black with a clear cote. Simple, nothing fancy.

There's a guy in San Clemente who advertises on CraigsList, Smoky?.

Bibbiani of the Norton Owners group has had him do some bikes in the past.
