As an alternate to Kiddiebiker.

Attack on the Track Monday 2nd Jan with ShewolfNZ & co. Meet 9.00am at Rimutex, 9.45am at Martinborough Square. Bring your lunch. If we have time we'll also look up Ocean Beach. I know these rides have been thrashed recently but special request....and they are good ones

Watching with interest - I'm happy to be here - ease with which one can upload / post pics (for me in a Mac environment) is a major drawcard

Hey guys whats that big thing on the hill by the windfarms you can see as you approach the North ISland on the ferry? i think it is atop the Mount somethingorother. It looks like a wickerman from about 100kms but I am sure it's something more conventional.
(It's not Nutsos tank either)

Looks like a great last week. Wish I checked my email more often, so could of joined you. Not much chance of a ride this week with the weather the way it is.

I thought I'd wrecked a muscle trying to keep upright in that fast stream but it was the soft squidgy stuff that got me.

I'm going to be in Wellington again for work later this month, arriving on anniversary day (Jan 23rd), and heading home again on the following Saturday (28th). Being a short trip, I can't justify taking the motorbike this time, but I'd be keen to catch up with some of the Welly ADV-ers for a beer while I'm in town.

My days on site (Tues-Fri) are of indeterminate length, but I should be finished before 6-7pm each day. Monday all I have to do is drive down, so I know I'll be free Monday evening, but it's a holiday, so probably doesn't suit others.

So... who wants to meet up for a beer? Which day suits?

Alternatively I'm hoping to go mountain biking on Monday afternoon and Saturday morning, if anyone is so inclined

Saturday I might check out the new tracks in the Makara wind farm, and Monday I'll probably just do Belmont because it's close to where I'm staying.
