What are the dimensions of the box, more or less ?

Do you have any idea if it fits with the older style Jesse racks ?

Max

Hi Max,

21" long 4.5"x 5.5" tall, and it's about 3.8 lbs with all hardware.

No idea. This is built to about the same specs as the OEM pipe and location. Hoping that it will fit with most Luggage system. I'll update as they get fit to more rack systems. If you have some pics of that setup and fitment concerns I'd like to see them and see if I can give a better answer.

Hi again CJ,
While those of us interested in an Expedition Box for the WARN Winch patiently wait to see if there's enough collective interest to have you build them, in the alternative, can you post a pic of where the winch would mount on your SE rack using the appropriate Warn mounting plate. It'd be helpful to see the mounted location of the winch on the plate, so as to know how much area is left to support dry bags, etc.

I sent you a message via your website asking a similar question, but then thought others may be interested in knowing this information as well...

UPDATE: CJ has confirmed the winch mounts at the rear of the rack.

Hi CJ,
As we discussed, I'll take a Powder Coated Tank for my Super Enduro.

What size fuel line (ID) should I get to connect to the tank?

Greetings,
As CJ is out on an extended ride, does anyone else know what size fuel line (ID) I should get to attach to this Expedition tank?

Thanks!
