Correction. These will fit the 2011 KTM 530's. The center to center bolt hole measurement is @ 6.5 inches. May fit other models too.

New updates for KTM Exhaust Guard

Hi Everyone,
Check out the new pics I've posted in the original post. Here is one also. Made some minor changes to the KTM Exhaust Guard after some good feedback from my satisfied customers. Added the front rolled lip to get rid of any edge that could eventually rub on your boot. Check it out. Enjoy! And don't forget to get your orders in. The 4 hole black model is selling quickly.

Have some great rides!

Trailjammer Designs KTM Heat Shield for 2004-2006 4 Strokes

Hi,
Trailjammer Designs has a lot of new products available now! Here is our new heat shield guard that will fit the 2004-2006 KTM 4 strokes. They come in Military Grade Black Powder Coat or Natural Finish. Includes mounting hardware for the longer subframe bolt. These are all hand made out of an aluminum alloy that is very strong and light. The dimple die design decreases weight and not only adds a unique look, but makes it very stiff. So come get your bling on and order up these cool new guards. $55 for Black Powder Coat and $45 for Natural right now.

If I had the bike to work with, I'm sure I could probably make one. If there was a lot of demand for one, I could probably use a bike at the dealer for measurements. I do have a universal heat shield in the works that will hopefully fit on the header pipe near the kick starter. I do make a heat shield for that bike that will help keep your pants/boots from burning and keeps your plastics off the exhaust pipe. Thanks for asking.
