That record wheel distance and have a button to push where you want a roadbooksymbol. (RBpoint, lat/lon)
Because track gps record is not that accurate.

A bluetooth module with that button and the wheelsensor attached.
Are there such commom modules.????????
On your device (with gps) a software app to record the data.
Or even moving waypoint symbols to handle with gloves on.
Or even record CAP change.

I would like that in wm android etc.

Writing on paper takes a lot of time time. Then rewriting it again.

On PC laptop
And data is easier to change in a xml enviroment.

Next to each other:
  • the wheelsensor datatrack and RBpointdata.
  • GPS track data
  • Map of both tracks.
Clicking on the dat shows were you are.

Hand change the data.

BT more devices we can use.

There is Ant+
something like the:
http://www.royaltek.com/index.php/bv-3200
2.4GHz ANT+ communication
pedal frequency, front wheel frequency?

This need a new topic!!!!

RB button that also makes a voice recorded file (button holding down) attached to that RBpoint. (GPSdated) with BT helmet set.
Or/and
making a file Voicenotepoint VNpoint (GPSdata) new VN button

For collecting easy Roodbookinformation, but keeps the hands on the bar.
No pencil writing, saves a lot of time. Spoken a lot more info.
No taken out extra tools out of bags.

Must be cheap, the cheaper the more people can make easier collect info for roadbooks. Common components.
The more roadbooks we can ride.

What you get:
1. RBpoint track with RBpoints with VN ( holding down RB button is recording voice). Track set also on: meter or second wheeldistance data tracking. Reeditble afterward.
2. VNpoint track with VNpoints, VN button holding down. voice notes
3. GPS track.

That's in the works already, with a lot more features! It's not cheap though. If you want cheap, buy I basic digital voice recorder ($15) like I use for making roadbook notes while prerunning. I took this one and rewired the switch for handlebar mounting. I originally had it mounted in my helmet, but it didn't work so well there. Engine noise can be a problem, so it's sometimes best to let the revs go down or stop while you speak.

That iPhone app looks pretty good! But the video doesn't show how of if you can get the GPS tracks and waypoioints out of the phone and into a computer.

Of course it comes right after I already bought this GPS logger / voice recorder:

I'll be testing the Columbus unit next weekend while doing some diabolical rally prerunning in Mexico.
