Transferred to Seattle

Hey everyone,

I'm being transferred to Seattle from out of state. I'll be looking for an apt in the Kirkland or Kenmore area. Whats the best resource for searching? Are there any apartment hunters that can help? Does this area have apt complexes or would you be renting from individual condo owners? I need a garage for my bikes.
Also any tips on prepaid phone plans that work well in the area? I need one able to make international calls and more texting than talking.

As far as pre-paids, I use Virgin Mobile. It works great up and down the I5 corridor, but sucks in the mountains and on the east side of the cascades.

I've since found out that I will be provided with a company phone. So extra $$$ for bike bits, cool.
