Barber Vintage Festival 2012
Who is going this year?
Which campground are you staying at? Who is going to have a slot in the Vendor section? Anyone in the race? Is there an "ADV Central" set up anywhere? I'm fired up. Quote:

I'll be a day tripper, myself. I live in the next county over and will have a nice 50-mile ride out to the track.

One of my brothers-in-law and I are considering coming down from Missouri for 1 day, probably Saturday. Not being familiar with the area and how much strain the festival puts on hotel room availability, we're thinking of staying 50 or so miles out of Birmingham and then ride over for the day. No particular plans yet, but arriving from the Northwest, it looked like Jasper(?) might be a spot to stop on Friday night. Any suggestions from someone fairly local to the area?
Thanks Lynn

Is there anyone going from here who could pick up and send out a t-shirt for me, as due to work and family comitments, I will not be able to get to the US again this year. I will paypal the money over as a gift.
I would buy one from the Barber shop, but alas it does not allow non USA buyers. It is no big deal if you can't, I shall just have to wait until my next visit.

If you have a three day pass, you can be a guest and share a campsite if you know another inmate or friend who is willing.

They do charge a handling fee if ordering on line.

Yep, $5.60 but worth not having to wait in the ticket line. I invariably get in a group of Loudpipessavelives advocates.

It's BS to charge a handling fee...for what???? To print your own ticket. What handling?? That just irks me. Noticed also mentioned that prices increase on Friday, but no mention by how much.

Anybody know when the Century race is? I looked at the website, but all I get in a circular run around.
