CR250 78 fuel tank?

A friend of mine is restoring a 78 Elsinore to race, and the fuel tank is missing. Wonder if anyone knows if new alloy replacement tanks are available anywhere? (not interested in Clarke plastic ones).

Short answer, no. Long solution is to keep an eye out, as parts do come up frequently. Check out www.vintagemx.us as several people sell a lot of good items on there. They update daily, so check often.
