Sidi Charger Adjustment...

Greetings, inmates. So I threw down the cash for some new Sidi Chargers as my old fire boots are simply getting tired. I love the boot. They are big on protection and very well made. In looking to adjust the buckle system, I'm kind of unsure how to do that. One side is the fixed piece that pivots to close the buckle. It appears that the adjustment is on the other side, on the piece with the metal prongs that hook into the pivoting piece. I don't immediately see how to do that, and I don't want to just reef on it and potentially break somthing. It looks like the piece can slide back and forth, to be tighter or looser. Is there a method to slide this piece? There is a small grey piece that may get pulled back to let the ribbed piece move, but again, I'm leery of simply breaking something. Thanks for any help !!

I bought the same boots for myself to. You have be pop out one side firs and than the other. Than adjust the length and pop in on side and than the other. Here is a short video I made so you know what I mean:
