Need an old school 4 speed tranny specialist

Anyone know someone who is good with Borg Warner T-10 transmissions?

I need a simple inspection, reassembly done on one.

it's not that hard to do. hardest part might be getting parts. no special tools required. what's it out of? any known problems? i've been in several since my gt350 mustang in '66.

It's a mid-70s Super T-10. I haven't looked at it in almost 30 years, when I very hastily tossed it together (barely) to put in a shipping box and move to Colorado. It's just been too long and without a proper manual, I don't want to assemble it and make any mistakes.

All it probably needs is a new output shaft seal and a few other gaskets, the reverse gear installed in the tail housing and not much else.

Last one I had was factory stock in my 1959 Chev Impala with a 335 HP motor. How I wish I had that car back

Probably not worth much seeing as how it would be a looong drive for you, but Desert Gear in Tucson, good guy and loves what he does. 520-573-5844

A-line transmission in Wilmington ca. They did my dads 4 speed on a 440 six pack road runner. I've launched it hundreds of times with slicks at the strip. Bulletproof.
