Stock Fork Height

I moved my forks up last year to where they are flush with the clamps. From the factory, are these raised by about a centimeter, or is it not even that much. Thanks.

I think there is a slight scribe line cut into the fork. That line is supposed to be flush with the top of the upper triple tree clamp.
