good rider and thoughtful. last year he won the $300 gift certificate from Jimmy Lewis, however he felt someone else could benefit from the training, he gave it me so i can hand it over to another noob rally participant...how cool is that?...

he's coming and i asked him to bring his trailer, tools and common spare parts, including tires, chains, tubes, etc. for emergencies. though he wants to go riding, he may be able to fix your bike so we could get you go riding and not left out in the camp or riding alone. LOL if you could make him do the 6k mile maintenance service....

he has a 4x4 with night lights that will be available to retrieve your bike if needed.

trailtech sent us

3 of tach/hour meter. i find it useful since i do my own oil change on my pesky and needy ktms. i also get to see the idle rpm and set the correct rpm for the rekluse.

1 of this. the official gps and bike computer of the king of the moto. multi-functions, speedo, odometer, tach, engine temp, air temp, compass, altimeter, voltmeter, etc. presently installing on my honda xr400 and ktm 640E. yeah, i stole them from the raffle prizes........just kidding.

detailed info here..http://www.trailtech.net/digital-gau...yager-moto-gps

lastly a pair of this

trailtech has been a regular and good supporter of the noobs rally. they want to see happy noob faces....

tune in...more good stuff coming....

as far as donations, we plan to send $1k to each of the following organizations:

BLUE RIBBON COALITION

STEWARS OF THE SEQUOIA

CORVA

our donation is good, though it will be best if you join and become a member.

i will donate raffle prizes to the thursday night fund raising and a few bottles of nowwhat's tequila. sign up for the dinner and you get 1 raffle tix. if you show your new membership card or renewal card to any of the 3 charity clubs above, you get another raffle tix.

giant loop donated these to the KTM rally and were given to me with a bunch of other stuff. someone could use them.

Hey Joel,
I (CalGSer) would like to be added to the wait list for Jimmy Lewis's one day class ahead of the Noob Rally. Already signed up for that.

Also, will contribute the $15 for dinner/raffle on Thursday evening.

Thanks!

Joel,

Thank you for posting this here. 8:30am ughh. Ill be there. Well this is tentative (and so is my whole life) on the outcome of the meeting my boses are having with their boses on Monday. The whole company is getting shoocken up and changes are being made. I am completely sick and depressed over all of the rumors going around. Enough of that though.

So are we driving to the location from there, or riding?
