God willing and the creek don't rise, I'm in.

I'd love to see Rossi repeatedly return to the top step and be a factor in the championship next year, but it will be either a Marquez repeat or a Lorenzo return.

I'm with you in regards to Rossi.
I don't know how JLo can step up his game other than not breaking any bones.
The way he finished the season you'd think that would be enough but Mark will get even better for sure next season.

I hope Rossi gets another win and has a decent season, but part of me hopes it is his last. I think that trying too hard to run with those 3 Spaniards could lead to retirement through injury.

Honestly, I'm surprised the 3 aliens made it to the end of the season in relative health.

Not sure about Lorenzo beating Rossi this year. Looks like Bridgestone's new tires are favoring the "sliders" vs the "corner speedsters" this year. It should be good though. Too bad they can't seem to offer tires that fit the riders style more. I'm hoping at least it'll lead to some good Rossi / Marquez battles!

As a Nicky supporter, I sure hope the RCV1000R is everything Honda claims it to be. Keep in mind though, Nicky is very methodical in his approach, and no doubt the bike will require considerable set-up. I'm not expecting to see Nicky at the top of the time sheets anytime during the 3 day test. Of course Nicky's incredible work ethic will no doubt help the Aspar team and Honda gather tons of data. I'll be happy to see steady progress over the 3 days.

Oh...and if Nicky ends up with significantly better lap times than Cal or Dovi, that will be a sweet bonus.

I think Yamaha made some big improvements in the last 1/3 of the year, for Jorge, anyway. Hopefully they continue that trend. Jorge's was the bike to beat in the second half of the season.

Vale is going to need to see some similar improvements for the bike to suit his personal riding style. No evidence of that happening just yet.

This is the only result needed at this point.

He has been like a sprinter with lead weights tied to his ankles for the last 5 years.

I guess if I have three hopes for the 2014 season it would be for Pedrosa to win the championship, NH to be closer to the podiium and, for CE to regularly beat his teammate. Never really been a fan of Edwards but there is something about Aleix Espargaro that I find slightly irritating. All three are probably a long shot.
