Rockies and Hailstones !

Went to the Rockies game tonight with my kids -

Got there in time for batting practice -

Nice shaded seats...

Kids got to see a nice home run (don't know who the dude is) -

We took the light rail to the Alemeda Station (thanks for the tip Mountain) and a storm was approaching.

We ran into it big time on 285 at Sheridan, had to pull over -

The hail in that pic was dime to nickle sized, with occasional quarter sized ones.

When I got home I picked up these babies in the front yard -

It was quite the adventure!
