Garmin's City Nav NT v2010.2 Download has "known issue"

Tried to do my lifetime map upgrade to the new CN NT USA version for my 376c yesterday.

It gets to the "Preparing to Update Maps" screen, and then takes forever and ultimately shows the message
Lock wait timeout exceeded; try restarting transaction


Spent a while with second level support at Garmin and ultimately he found that it was a "known issue" that they are working on.


Thankfully, I really didn't need the update. Guess it will be a while longer til I can get it.

YMMV - but it didn't work for me.
