Railbed

Small hijack here. Can you ride the rail bed all the way? I thought the granola types had a lot of it shut down for bikes?

Hi Michael,

The Mitas tires are going to be hard for me to keep going. Basically I use to split a 53 foot container with the Canadian distributor. He would take half and I would take the other half. This distributor has closed down and left me with a big burden of either taking the entire container myself or giving it up. I am in talks with them perhaps reducing my container size but at this time I do not have an answer. The financial commitment to purchase and stock all these tires are huge. I do not have the warehouse space.

I just sold out of 21" and 140 x 17.

I just order a couple more 140/80 x 17" and a front 19" for the GSA for next years TLH run with the boys... I see they are shipped but just in time as I got 2 of the last ones in stock. As the Email says he's not sure if he'll be getting more....Too Bad
I don't know about you guys but I like the front E09. So far they stick good on the tarmac and I keep forgetting I have knobbies on the bike and run her like I normally would. I haven't tried alot of wet tarmac yet but seems to be holding on the F8. I have 3500KMs on them and they're only down to 9-10mm left from 13mm. That's not so bad is it?
Here's a pic from the other day in the bog!!!

I've been doing alot of offroad on these tires and they're holding up well. I spend alot of time on the Newfoundland railbed and all the rock isn't chewing them up that bad only on the leading edge of the knob...
