'04 yamaha ttr-250 w/oregon plate

So lets see... it's my sisters bike. She bought it about 3 years ago and rode it maybe 50 miles on 2 occasions.
The grit in no particular order, it has an expired oregon plate (4/08), clean title, a 3/4" tear in the side of the seat (next pic) which I repaired with an auto parts house vinyl repair kit, a scarf in the left side of the swingarm, runs quite well, a derestricted but nfs approved silencer, new grip heaters (not installed), battery tender w/ easy access plug installed, 50% tires, no mirrors, uuhhh, yeah. I may have forgotten or don't know some things, its late. Oh yeah, I changed the oil to full synthetic and replaced the filter just before it went into hibernation.
