1. How long have you been riding? 45 years off and on. Had about 15 years I didn't ride in there.
2. Do you ride often? 6-8000 miles per year
3. Have you ever crashed a motorcycle?
4. How many times have you crashed?
5. When was the last time?
It would also help if you said what state you're in, or what country, if not in the US.

Started playing in the dirt early seventys thru the late seventys , got back into it again in 85 heavy thru 90 got rid of the X then so I didn't need the therepy for a while , bought a street bike in 99 and still riding regularly .
I dont comute so its all for fun maybe a thousand a month last couple years a peak of probly 2500 a month a few years back . currently 5 bikes .
I have never had a real street crash , have fallen over in the dirt , Broken ankle from a stupid low speed fall over without any gear in 1989 , Parked hard against a tree on loose gravel road in 01 , I had been on that road for ten miles and every cornor till then was good rock while sliding with no chance of stopping in time I parked at the tree instead of the barbed wire fence . No damage to me but some plastic damage to the bike . I hade to make it home 300 miles that afternoon , I broke the headlight . In 05 I low sided turning from pavement to a gravel road when I missjudged my speed a little , 45 mph is too fast . No damage to me or the bike . High sided off the bike on gravel about 60 mph last year . I dont remember about 15 to 20 miniutes otherwise no damage to me , messed up some plastic on the bike that time . I didnt ride much this summer . It was too dam hot . All incedents were in Texas and only one was when I said hold my beer and watch this . SEYA

Im 52,started riding when I was 12,Ive crashed once on the road when I didnt break in a new back tire right and high sided on a off camber paved entrance onto a high way. Many crashes during a 10 yr flattrack career but those were just for fun. Lots of trail riding bashes and crashes, again just for fun.
Learning for years on the dirt I think saves lives.
Im in CA and mainly ride street bikes for fun,no commuting as I dont have that kind of job and riding in town really isnt any fun, dodging cars isnt my idea of a good time.
I also crashed a RD350 twice on the same bridge in different directions but that was just learning how to ride street in 1976 on my first street bike, one crash involved hitting a cyclone fence and getting stuck in it and a lady coming out with a rake and smacking me with it while I got back underway.
The other was ice.
Close calls are very rare as I usually ride where there arent many cars and street riding is easy compared to singletrack trail riding.

I once had 6 bikes...but 4 kids and a big mortgage equals only 1 bike, a KLR even.
