I took the liberty of copying your post to KLRWorld.com to see if anyone there can help you. They have your post number from above and the address to this page so hopefully someone will reply.

Sorry, I don't know the size! There is a rubber "o" ring in addition to the seal. When I ordered my seal, I did not realize there was an "o" ring. When taking it apart, the O ring looked worse than the seal, of course the seal was destroyed in the process of removing it! I picked up an O ring from a local transmission shop. Donnie

Crawford, I don't know if the seal listed on this link is the right one, http://www.powersportswarehouse.com/...2007&fveh=8706 but P/N 90249 on this micro fiche is a 15 x 30 x 7 which sounds about right for a shift shaft seal, hopefully. I couldn't find anything else on this website that looked like it could be a shift shaft seal. Good luck! edit: Just called my local Kawi dealer and P/N 92050-082 is the correct seal as pdedse below has said. kbear Last edited by kbear : Yesterday at 10:15 AM. |

I live near Chicago and I'm wanting to do this trip! I'm so excited to read and live this trip through your posts!
I'm not trying to dig into your business at ALL.. But how much does this trip cost you daily with fuel/food/other stuff? I'm wanting to head south and I don't want to get any surprises with cost.

This from a guy on KLRWorld:
"Just called my pal at a local Kaw dealership here's the seals dimensions. 25 mm X 13 mm X 7 mm ~ the part number is 92050-082" Not sure how that compares to the post above, but hopefully that will get you started.
