moab mid feb?

we're headed out from NC monday morning to head to california for this...

dragging our rock crawlers and our tagged ktm's. Figured while we are out west we should check out Moab? Whats the weather gonna be like in general? Too cold to enjoy it? Someplace else we should check out?
We are hoping to ride some slickrock,see some of the scenery, and generally check out Moab on bikes for a day or 2, and pull the crawlers out a couple of days too.
We are currently planning to leave out from cali sunday, so we would like to ride on monday, tuesday.

Anybody want to show us around? Trail suggestions?Planned to camp in our "RV" and do a little beer sampling in the evenings. suggestions?
