To add to what others have posted. When doing maintenance and repairs on your bikes only use the tools in your kit. This way you will add and remove tools that work or do not and end up with a condenced kit that you know will do what you need done. I tend to stay away from multi-tools as they are only as reliable as the weakest tool in the set.
That said, I tend to carry way more than I need.

Ride Sunday

I'm riding out to Rogers/Browns around 11:00 Sunday for some dirt roads and trails if anyone wants to join.

It was a nice day for a ride in the woods, not too slippery and not dusty. Managed to avoid the usual riff raff and rode 60 miles of blue diamond and logging roads between Rogers and Jordan Creek.

I need a helmet cam. The best pics would be the places you could not stop and need to hold on with both hands.

Best way to do it, get to the closest staging area, then head west...............further from the riff raff the better

Is there a way that I can load that track onto my Garmin 478-I would love to do more riding up there, but thinks I would get lost

Looks like you had a great day for a ride. If I had been in town I definitely would have rode with you. Instead, I was up on Mt Hood above timberline. Spent Sat night in this:

See attached GPX file. There are a few sections where I went there-and-back to include some good trails etc.

Sunday riding?

Anyone riding on Sunday? I think I would like to explore Brown's camp more and the weather looks to be killer!!! I'm riding the MX bike on Saturday so a laid back Sunday ride would be perfect.

Hello!

My DR350 should be ready for it's inaugural Scappoose-area-thrashing this weekend. For real this time!

I know the snow level is coming down, and the weather looks crapy, but I think we should plan on a ride this weekend. Saturday or Sunday, whichever day has a better forecast later in the week. I will probably ride both days.

Browns camp

I know what some of you think of this area, but I was out there yesterday testing out my new jacket and there is some KILLER stuff for dual sports. I think we should set up a ride and do some riding. I was on the power-line access road/trail and some great riding can be had. yes, you do have to me careful of all the freaks out there but I think its worth some exploring!!!

Anyone interested?
