Yes just take the arm off and flip it upside down. you will have to play with where you place that arm (it has a sweet spot) you will know if you have it in the wrong spot (pointing too far to the front or too far to the back) if you roll the bike then slam your but on the seat and the rear brake is applied or there is too much play in the foot brake.

Its not hard just dive into the thing and start playing with it.
