Dont abuse the equipment and your problems will end. The 800GS is a bike capable of going just about anywere but it is NOT a dirt bike. Slow down a bit and be realistic and you wont have problems.

Rod Millen the winner of countless Baja races was once asked what his secret was in finishing at the front of so many races. If you break it you wont finish. In a lot of areas I am slower than other drivers but I never break my ride. Robby Gordon on the other hand hasnt got a clue on how to save equipment
