Help me Paint my bike

Those of you who have been following This Thread have seen the beast & know what it´s for. But now she needs a paint job, and I need your help. Im looking for something that stands out so I can recognised in the mass of other bikes, preferrably not shreek purple . I thought about an RSA flag, but Im not sold on it. I wouldnt mind having a Wilddog or African theme on the bike either, but I wouldnt know where to start. Perhaps just a nice combination of colours? What do you think?

So are there any photochop masters out there who can give me a hand? If your design is selected, you´ll have your name on the bike. The Rally Dos Sertões is the worlds second longest rally after Dakar and will be held in Brazil August 7-20, 2010. There will be 300 entrants including bikes, cars & trucks. Mine will be one of them. So far Im the only South African rider going.

Here is my photochop effort. As I say Im not convinced this is going to work:

Take those pictures against a uniform background (e.g., white barn), it'll be easier to edit.

I don't think you can paint the tanks as they "breath and sweat". If that's the case I'd go with a white paint to match the whitish tank. Then some decals or a coloured paint scheme over to of it with the white being the background color. But I agree with the others the colours you chopped look the biz.

Yeah, I think it will end up being stickers (with holes!!) on the tank, matching the paintjob/stickers on the fairing and front bit.

If that's the case then the rest of the bike (or just fairing) with the flag and sponsor stickers on the tank?
Surely there is a method of painting them as plenty of people do (KTM for example). Didn't JMo paint her tank for the Tunisia rally?

JMo only painted her fairing & wheel arch.

Here is another option done by another SA enthusiast..

Are there no other keen photochop guys out there with a bit of an artist´s eye? This is your opportunity to have your name on a winning race bike...

My daughter doesn't now that you are not from Brazil (didn't tell her), but she knows that the Rally dos Sertões is going to happen here in Brazil.
