Enlargening a plastic fuel tank?
So my buddy, Markie, wants to "puff out" his plastic Acerbis/Clarke DR650 fuel tank.
The sides, near where your knees go, are quite concave, and he's just wanting to gently blow them out using a couple lbs of air pressure and gentle heat, so the sides are more flat. I told him to try it on a JUNK plastic fuel tank...but who knows? maybe it could work. It certainly won't gain him much, but he's just that way... Thanks in advance..
