Daytime running lights on crash bars

I have a pair of 6"x2", 60-series amber LED turn signals that I want to use as DRLs. I plan to mount them on the crashbars and am looking into making a pair of clamp-on mounts for them, which shouldn't be that hard. The crash bar tubing is a tad less than 1" (24mm).

But if I can get something ready-made, I'll consider using 'em. The only thing I've seen are TrailTech "Anti-vibe" frame mounts, which are probably overkill.

Here is a cut-and-paste of how they should mount:
