For the first time in my career as "motorcycle parts and accessories consumer" I've come a cross a vendor I want to warn other about.
I like working on older bikes and often end up fixing and jetting the carburetors. Couple of times now I've order the small parts from Motorcyclecarbs.com. Not anymore.
This last order took 3 weeks for them to ship, but my credit card was charged as soon as order was placed. That is annoying but not so bad yet....
But the really bad thing is that THERE IS NO WAY to contact that vendor after you have placed an order.
After two weeks of "not shipped" I wanted to contact them and ask what part on my list was causing the delay, and I wanted to know WHEN will they ship.
I also wanted add more stuff to the order.
No way contact them.
They do not publish a phone number. From my older order I did find a phone number but when calling that number I just got automated message "this number does not accept incoming calls".
I tried sending multiple emails to all the email addresses they do show on the web site but never got any reply. Nada.
I got very close to actually call the cc company and dispute the charge but at last moment then package showed at my door.
So I got my parts, although over 3 weeks after my order.
But just a word of caution, if anything goes wrong with your order, you get wrong parts, you get no parts, you want to change the shipping info, etc...
there seems to be absolutely no way to get any response from that vendor.
