Starting with breakfast in Walker, 5,400'


We headed up to Lobdell Lake, 9,600'


Skag and I made the summit, 11,600' and change


TroyinTahoe makes the summit


Followed by Pointman, who was very glad he mounted the knobbies on his big v-twin.

Next stop was Belfort, 10,800'. If you look at the picture of Pointman reaching the summit you'll see the road out the south towards Wheeler Peak and Belfort.

There are several buildings still standing, several more foundations still showing

After reaching the highway we headed out the Masonic Stage Road. saluting a company of Marines out for training along the east fork of the Walker. We've reached Lower Town of Masonic looking back up at Mt. Patterson.


With hunger setting in we went up to Masonic Peak and to the McMillian Spring Road back down to Bridgeport


For a round of Rhino Burgers and Fries before parting ways.
