Let's try again (below)
How the heck do I post actual pictures?!?? I used to be able to do it, now I followed the new instructions and I'm using Webshots website, but all I can post is only the link.

Eugene,

I got aggravated, too.

On a recent post here about Coco I pasted two links to photos I had over in .mac.

One posted just fine, one posted just the link.

If anyone can figure out why, please let me know!

BTW, back on topic, I received my KTM 640 SM front fender (orange) and my 85SX fork protectors (black). I can post photos of how those look uninstalled if anyone cares. Next trip to N GA they're getting mounted (and one rotor/caliper is getting pulled). If I'm not happy with the braking power I'll have to start looking for the proper crossover brake hose.

Post the pics...do you happen to have the part numbers handy? Post those too if you have them.

Has anyone modified (cut down ) the stock fender to allow the stock brake lines to remain intact but to eliminate a majority of the fender? this might allow a higher fender without the major hassle of re-working the brake lines, etc. I want to retain the dual disks (mine are superb).

If this will not work.... what sort of brake line configuration will I need to route a new right side brake line to the front brake system at the handlebar. (The Touratech system is on backorder).

Many Thanks!!

Kirk

So Greg, would you be interested in selling the brakeline kit to offset the cost of your bad decision

That's what happens when a bike is really good - you change stuff for no good reason. If it came with a high fender and a single disk we'd be switching that out too!
