Two weeks in Baja from top to bottom, must-sees?

I'm currently in Austin and plan on crossing the border at or around Yuma in a couple of days. Have a Yamaha XT600 and want to see/do some good scenic riding until eventually take the ferry to the mainland. I know this has been covered some but for some reason I'm having trouble finding the good link I found before. Any suggestions would be appreciated, it's been a dream of mine to do Baja for a long time.
