Quick oil question

I live in the northeast and the temps here vary from the 90's in summer to the 20's in the winter. I ride in all conditions and wonder if it would be good to vary the oils weights given the changes in climates. I ride the klr650 and I'm asking you guys if you would switch between 10w-40 for summer riding to 10w-30 for winter. Kawasaki recommends 10w-30 and that is it however, riders may have found better performing weights vs temps. I'm also using Amsoil. What do you think?
