I've stayed there happily on three occasions. Sport-touring.net has had events there a couple times. There is a small gas and beer store next door and the rooms were clean.

Marlinton - History
![]() South from Marlinton on Rt 219 to Lewisburg is worth the ride. In June 2010 I acquired a lot of respect for the local riders heading north. ![]() http://tinyurl.com/22km8zn Main Roads: ![]() Aerial of Motel Location ![]() ================================================== == I have uploaded a .gdb file with 13 routes and 123 waypoints of West Virginia. Much of it southwest of Marlinton. It opens in MapSource (Garmin). WV-CombinedRoutesAndWaypoints.gdb Link for download: http://www.box.net/shared/5e60xb0aqs Click on All Categories in the Waypoints Tab. In the Routes Tab: Right click a highlighted route and select display on map. ![]() George Old_Lion screwed with this post 01-18-2011 at 08:57 PM |
