Directions in West VA

Going to Snowshoe next week, figured someone here has spent more time riding WV than myself. Which route is faster by car coming from the west?
I-79 north out of Charleston then taking 19/82/20?
- or -
Staying on I-64 to Lewisburg then going north?

Not sure which is faster but rt 219 is probably in better shape if it is snowing.

I79 N out of Charleston. Saves you about 2 hours.....and tolls.....

I usually go this route to Snowshoe in the winter...

I-79 North to rt19, to Birch River, Across 82 to Cowen then across to Webster Springs take Rt 15 to Valley Head and then 219 south to Snow Shoe. From my house that route is about an hour faster than going to Lewisberg and up 219.

Thanks to all of you. I will take the northern route. I could always use another hour or two off of the road.
