Thinking of Spring and..............

Well to be honest I'm BORED, Cabin Fevered out and day dreaming of SPRING.

I know this die off and fade into the ADV abyss but I just wanted to share with the others thinking of the other Northern embedded winter hostages eagerly awaiting seasonal negotiations to release us.

So, for those whom are just mindlessly surfing ADV I give you a few minutes of mental escape.

Last May I took off a wonderful overnight "RideAbout" in my back Yard Crossing the Owyhees into SE Oregon down Leslie Gulch then returning home the next day via Silver City Ghost Town.

Just a pictorial:

Signs of Spring!

That Guy is Jason Abbott, a very, very talented Photographer. His photography and rides can be seen here http://my.idaho-adventure.com/ Well worth the visit

Some took a side trip.... almost not to return ....... But that's another story.

The end of a great Spring Day

Day 2

And on the stretch home

Come On Spring!!!! Daddy's got a new toy to try out

Well I hope some of you got a small escape.... Soon!

ANYBODY ELSE READY FOR SPRING

Happy Trails,

Beautiful country, lots of open vastness where your outnumbered by wildlife.

I spent time in Kentucky back in my Army Days (Armor) I often remember those beautiful Fall colors and leave covered back roads. You sir too have a beautiful place as I have a fond memory of riding over to Perryville battleground via back roads out of Ft. Knox.

Thanks for the memories........ now is it spring yet? Nooo

Very nice Sam, except for that last picture. Brrrrrrrrrr

Exactly when in the spring do things open up to ride that area and get to Silver City? Wait, maybe I should gualify that question a bit, when do things open up for the less than technical riders?

I like this picture of you and your bike.

Thanks for the little break from the cabin fever boredom, keep taking time to enjoy those flowers along the way.

Well now since that was Memorial Day weekend I'd say June is a good time, but in all honesty LB, You could have made the whole thing on Superbug, easy-peasy.
