SEQ ride day

Some photos of a ride I did in South East Queensland Australia yesterday. Very wet here. Some roads are closed and alot of water over the road.

As you can see it is wet. There is alot of wash.

This a a great view just outside of Aratulla.

The spillway of Moogerah Dam was in full flight.

A ride is not an adventure unless a bike breaks down and of course one of the GS's did, with a flat battery. Got fixed in the rain , fun and hot.

got some nice shots there, bloody wet, wish we had a bit over here.

what was up with the GS battery, pretty unusual for it to go flat if it's being used.

Nice job.

You guys sure are getting your share of the rain this year. It's snowing a little here right now. The drive into work was a bit sketchy with the frozen bridges on the interstate...Seeing what you guys have going on already has me looking forward to Spring.

It was the original battery, he had been having trouble for a couple of days. Thanks for the advice. Will do better as I get used to it.
