Got the parts and they look great..

..having install issues though and no 'instructions'...

I assume remove the two bolts and then pull back the ignition switch?

With whatever it is that goes into the headtube piloting the ignition and the recess in the overflow tank it sits on I cannot get mine back. Rally raid tanks make it all the harder.

Anyone got any insight?

Thinking of getting this damper set-up and also have RR tanks. Any chance you could post a pic of your install? would love to see how it fits together. Any issues with the install due to rally raid tanks?

If the ignition switch stays in the stock location then the kit should work.

After getting beat up for a few thousand km by the "light" front end of my 690, I'm now ready to go with a steering damper. The Scotts seems to be it.

So (excuse my daftness, but) to clarify, these are simply (custom) risers for the Scott's damper kit ? Or is there some additional/superior functionality that they offer ?

Thanks.

Rbott countersunk the two rear holes to Bolt his riser to the triple clamp.

I used long thru bolts in the front holes from my PHDS bar clamp.

I special ordered my riser mount for added strength

Ktm 690 smc Scott stabilizer

I've got a Ktm 690 smc. The bike appears to be the same as the enduro except the forks and triple trees are wider. Looking at other web sites it appears the enduro sub mount should fit my bike. How much are they? And how do I get one! Lol
