Thanks man, it was an awesome ride. It's hard to beat the first adventure, but we are going to try.

We thought for a minute we had my bike running today. It lasted 1 1/2 minutes. We did absolutely everything we could to trouble shoot it. We threw in the towel and towed it to the professionals. There is where Nick needs to log on and say how much better BMW is than KTM. ![]() So here we are, in three days it will be a month we have been in Cape Town. We joke around with the employees that we are going to apply for a job at this hostel. This is life and this is real. We signed up for this adventure and we have one heck of a start!!!! I hope some people are getting a little enjoyment at our expense

Sucks about Kilamanjaro but hope the KTM gets its butt in gear soon. At least it didn't happen in the middle of the Sahara right?

This should be fun. Are you going through Zambia? My sister has a fishing lodge on the Zambezi river. Fun road to get there!

It's nice to see a report of my Valley
Thanks for the cool report . I am from Uitenhage in South Africa , it's a little town just outside Port Elizabeth . It is good to see photos of ADDO again . When I lived there , myself and friends used to go to ADDO at leat twice a month just to eye-ball the animals and BRAAI (Barbecue ) .
I am living in Greenville , South Carolina , and it is surely a pleasure seeing ADDO and SA again . We are going hom ein 4 weeks time and can not wait to go out in the bush again . Your ride report is pretty cool . Have a safe trip and HAVE FUN mate . |
